Nuspark packaging machines have been present in food and beverage packaging facilities from our beginning and our equipment reflects its’ heritage, built on in-house welded stainless-steel frames with complete washdown readiness. Our lines of standard liquid packaging solutions can be found operating in coffee, brewery, dairy, and general beverage plants worldwide. Leveraging our engineering capabilities, we offer simple and compact beverage packaging machines, capable of handling both industry standard and unique formats.
Coffee
Nuspark has been manufacturing coffee packaging machines since 2003, with over 25 clients in North America. Originally focused on aluminum single serve capsule packaging the coffee packaging machine line now covers K-cup compatible pod packaging, bag tin tie application and Nespresso compatible pod packaging, with custom developments focused on green initiatives in the coffee industry. Current capabilities range from 80 up to 600 products/min turnkey lines or individual packaging equipment.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverage packaging may seem simple; standardized, rigid product, being packaged into standardized trays and cases. We know it is anything but simple. Our packaging machines are built with stainless steel standard, ready for the rigors of a brewery environment. We have the right solutions to easily and reliably pick wet, hot, or cold product. Through innovative engineering we provide packaging equipment for both standardized alcoholic product (ie. can or bottle beer packaging) as well as the most unique (ie. single serve jello shots)
Dairy
100% certified lactose tolerant machinery. Nuspark understands the requirements of dairy production. Our machines are ready for your washdown, cold room or pack out areas. Our machines are fully accessible for easy cleaning allowing us to pack out fresh dairy product with minimized downtime. With experience ranging from picking raw cheese directly off brine conveyor, to casing sealed milk cartons, along with palletizing both rigid and soft product. Nuspark is extremely capable of providing turnkey dairy packaging solutions or individual packing equipment.

Janitorial Cleaning Supplies
The most common product in this industry for us is multi liter chemical jugs. The most common solution we offer is an ability to run all SKUs through a single machine via quick change tool heads and an optimized change over process. Our strong in-house engineering capabilities allow quick turn around for both quoting and design of packaging equipment capable of handling potentially 100s of SKUs. Seeds and Nuts
A newer sector for Nuspark that perfectly matches our current capabilities. We began working with the seed and nut sector in 2016, delivering flexible robotic cells to package club size almond bags into display ready trays. Our standard line of packaging machinery is capable of handling both bagged and tubbed product with quick changeover options to handle a large variation of SKUs with minimal downtime. Between packing equipment that has been standardized for tubs or bags through to custom turnkey packaging solutions we are able to provide and integrate all packaging automation downstream of filling. Working with partners Nuspark is also able to provide and integrate equipment for the filling operation.

Dips
Nuspark packaging machines have been packaging dips since 2013, helping shape the continued development of our NCP-25 case packer. With a focus on changeover simplicity, higher throughput, and increased reliability the newest NCP-25 modifications were standardized and first employed in the dip industry. We have since received requests for increased packaging flexibility which led to retrofitting several original installations for dips to allow continued operation with new product formats, to the extreme satisfaction of our co-packing customers. Beyond the NCP-25 many of our packing machines match perfectly with the requirements of the dip industry, and with our creative engineering can fit the tightest of production floors.

Confectionary
Nuspark has offered both standard and custom packaging machines to the confectionary industry. Ranging from our smallest automatic cartoning machine, the VRC-60, drop loading pouched candy - to a custom robotic top loader which is singulating and loading 4 flavors of chocolates into a multi cavity tray. The greatest challenges we have overcome is the delicate product handling required while operating at high speed with a complex pack pattern. This knowledge is now implemented across the board for both confectionary and other delicate products.

Meat
Nuspark equipment has been actively packaging meat since 2010, with top loaders in plants across North America. Our clients in this space find the NTL-50 & NTL-R top loader ideal as it is modular, flexible, and can be moved between lines while leveraging current downstream and upstream packaging equipment. Going between SKUs of similar product may only require a recipe change while a full changeover would be toolless and involve moving two rails and a quick swap tool head. More recently we have also developed a standalone chub stripper, effectively automating a unbearable cold room process.

Healthcare is our third major market, which equipment ranging from our most compact automatic cartoning machines to our largest case packers. We offer varied control packages, robotics, and other key components to match with your plant standards, easily accommodated by our internal electrical and mechanical engineering department into our high-speed modular packaging solutions. In house turnkey integration services and IQ/OQ documentation options are also available with the purchase of our equipment.
Automotive
Nuspark has designed automotive automation solutions for over 20 years, with our first machines being shipped to customer’s facilities in 2001 to preform ultra-sonic welding, clip insertion, and outlet assembly. Our focus in automotive has remained on assembly and inspection automation equipment along with a selection of specialized packing machines geared towards handling the annual changes standard to the automotive industry.
